NAOMI WHYTE 1:reproduction- in woman and men because they help to populate the earth 2:growth and developement- organisms grow physically such as height, body odor, brain size(animals) 3:metabolism- in humans we can consume our own food and produce the energy that is needed to help the body
Three characteristics that I feel are most important for survival would be, "made up of 1 or more cells," reproducing and a metabilism. Plants and humans have many cells which each and every one of them functions differently and has a different purpose. Cells help our body function properly. Reproducing is alos important because plants reproduce seeds and make more plants. We need plants for oxygen and other things. Metabilism is important also too because it carries out all the chemical reactions in an organism.
Three characteristics that are needed the most for survival would have to be to learn how to hunt, how to build a shelter and how to look for water. You would need to know how to hunt because if you dont know how to hunt or look for food, then you'll wind up startving. You also need to know how to build a shelter because you need a shelter more than food or water. You would also need to know how to build a shelter becauseif there is bad wheather or something, then you need to stay warm and dry and safe. Lastley you would need to know how to look for water because without water you can dehidrate. Humans can only go a sertain amount of time without water so that is deffinatly one of the most important things you need to know.
One characteristic of life that I think is absolutely necessary for survival is to have one or more cells. Cells make up the life of an organism. They are the building blocks of life. Humand need cells to survive because it's the basic organizational unit of all living organisms. The human body has nerve cells, which help us in movement and the passing of specific information.
Another characteristic of life that is necessary for survival is metabolism. Organisms get energy from food through metabolism. It is a set of chemical reactions to maintain life. Plants need energy to survive. Plants also need to maintain life to survive, and if plants do not have energy, then it will die.
The third characteristic of life that is crucial for survival is homeostasis. This will help organisms maintain a stable internal condition in spite of change in the external environment. It is important for humans to carry on homeostasis because if it is snowing and it's cold, then the human body would have to maintain a stable conditon internally.
Reproduction: Reproduction is done by everything that lives. Reproduction is the making of more species so that when the parents should die, its offspring will take on and and keep the species living and so it does not get extinct. Metabolism: Metabolism is taking energy from food. Every living thing needs food to take energy from and survive. Animals get their energy from food, water, and you can say oxygen al well. Plants get their energy from water, sunlight, and any vitamins and minerals that are in the soil. Adaptations Over Time: Adaptations over time means to physically change and reshape yourself to fit your environment. This happens over several generations. For example, if humans started climbing trees with our feet and hands, most likely, our great grandchildren will develop hands and feet that are able to climb trees more easily.
3 characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival are Reproduction, Growth and development, and Adaptions.
Without reproduction, the species would terminate really quick. There would only be 1 of that type of species because it wouldn't have the ability to reproduce.
Growth and development is another one because lets take a human for instance. If we were a fetus for our entire life, we wouldn't be able to do much. Our brain wouldn't be able to remember anything and we wouldn't grow. Our hormones would be of those of a baby and we wouldn't be able to reproduce because we wouldn't have hit puberty.
Adaptions are also very necessary for survival. If our internal body couldn't adapt to the external climate, we would die. Especially If you were living in New York, where one day it could be really cold and the next really hot. Most of us get sick in those times, because it's our body adapting to the new climate, and we would probably die.
Three characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival are growth and development because everyone needs to grow and develop when we get older. We all cant stay the same size. For example if we didn't develop when we get older we would all look the same skin and bones. Also reproduction because we want to make more of our kind. For example we want our chain of hunmans to continue to keep going so we need reproduction to keep it going. The final Characteristic is cell growth because we all need cells to servive. If we didn't have cells we wouldn't be classifed as living things. We wouldn't have different types of characteristic's if it wasn't for the different types of cells we have. -Alexandria Barry Period 2.
All living objects are made up of one or more cells. Cells are the building blocks of life. Examples of cells are red and white blood cells. It is necessary for survival because they cause all the organ systems to function. Cells in plants help them with photosynthesis. Cells also help get nutrients throughout the body.
Growth and development is change in size over time for one particular individual. For example, babies become into children, which then grow into adults, which then they become into elders. This is important because all living things need to mature. While a human or animal become older, they can take care of themselves on their own because they gained more knowledge and have became stronger.
Adaptation is when a living thing changes to fit the standards of the community or environment. An example is penguins only being able to live in a certain temperature. This is important because adaptation allows living things to be cable to live in there community.
1 characteristic of life that I feel is necessary for survival is growth. I think this is neccessary because for an animal or human being to survive, they must grow. For example, the bigger a human grows, the more food it needs to eat to be able to keep growing. Another characteristic of life is being able to adapt to another enviroment. What it means to adapt to another enviroment is to be able to switch from a very warm area to a cold area and still being able to survive. I think this is neccessary because if for some reason a person must move to another state or country with different climates than they are used to, they must be able to quickly adapt. A final characteristic is having a good metabolism. Having a good metabolism meaning your able to eat a lot to get the right amount of nutrients that you need. Which brings me back to my first important characteristic, growth. Having a very good metabolism will allow you to get the amount of energy that you need.
One characteristic of life that I feel is absolutely necessary for survival is “Grows and Develops.” If something does not row or develop, then it does not change at all. Living things need to develop to b able to live better- not only to live, but to survive better. A second characteristic of life that I feel is absolutely necessary for survival is “Reproduces.” If living things did not reproduce, then it may die out, and its will become extinct. This can disrupt the food chain, which can disrupt the balance of life on Earth. A third characteristic of life that I feel is absolutely necessary for survival is “Metabolism (needs energy).” All living things need energy to survive. People need oxygen to live, fish need water to survive. All living things depend on something for their own survival. ~Nisaa Haniff period 4
Three charicteristics of life that you need for survival are: 1. adapting over time- adapting over time is when you become used to the enviroment. For example, if a room if cold and you would adapt to the enviroment when you put a sweatere on. therefore, you wont be cold anymore. Adpting is when your aware of the surrounding already and comfortable with it. it is neccessary for survival because if you dont adapt your living in a place your body isnt used to and is uncomfortable with which is dangerouse. say it is 20 degrees outside and you dont have a coat on, that'll be dangerouse.
2. metabalism- your metabolism is very important because your body gets energy from it. it is the chemical reaction from when you eat. it keeps your cells healthy and working. without cells we would not be able to survive and the metabilism is important to keep then and get energy. one example of this is eating food. some people have fast metabalisms which means the food is digest faster. 3. reproducing- in order to survive you must reproduce. one eample of reproducing is sexual reproducing. in order to have children you must be able to reproduce. even things like plant reproduce. it is provided when two genders interact.
Adaptation is very important to survival. I think this because with out adaptation there would be no homosapiens. As a human livingf on this always changing earth we have to be able to change and adapt to everything thats going on around us or we die. Reproduction is important to because without reproduction we go extinct. Growth & development Is also very necessary for survival fore without this everything stays the same and nothing gets better. For excample for a person to live healty and good they must first grow and develope. As you grow you develope.
The first one I find most important is reproduction. Reproduction is when you produce offsprings of your species. This is important so that each generation may live on. It is also important if you want your species to exist and basically not go extinct. One example is if fish go extinct. It would disrupt the ecosystem by not providing food for humans and animals. Also, alot of other sea creatures would die because there would be no food for them. Having one species extinct might have a ripple affect on other animals in that habitat.
Another essential characteristic of life is metabolism. This is the sum of all the chemical reactions carried out in an organism. All of the energy used by living things orginally comes from sunlight. Think about it like this, the sun shines down on the grass and helps it grow, then a cow comes and eats the grass. After that the cow gives us milk. So if you think about it we get our milk from the sun because of those chain of event. Metabolism gives us the energy we need.
The last one I find important is homeostasis. This means the maintenance of stable internal conditions in spite of changes in the external environment. An example is when your cold your hairs on your arms might stand up. Did you ever wonder why? They try to conserve some heat almost like an insulation. This is how you keep your body temperature normal.
I think metabolism, homeostasis, and reproduction are three very important characteristics of life.
One characteristic is, made of one or more cells this means living things are single or multicellalur, an example of that is more than one cells put together. Another characteristic is growth and the development because as time passes an organism will grow in size. An example of that is a human. The next characteristic is the reproduction this multiplies to make more of the organisms, an example are cells.
Three things that i feel is absolutely necessary for the survival of every living thing are cells, metabolism, and reproduction. Every living thing is made up of cells. Cells are known as the building blocks of life on account of the fact that they make up every living thing. For example a bug starts off as a cell and later, more and more cells are added and it becomes a bug. Having a metabolism is crucial because it helps living things to grow, reporduce and maintain their structures. Your metabolis is actually a set of chemaical reactions to food that you eat to break down the food and produce carbohydrates that gives you energy as well as using that same energy to help with the cells in your body. Reproduction is also important. It helps carry on your legacy(gentic material) or in an animals' or insects' case, the type they are. It is crucial because if we all could not reproduce then there most likely would be no humans on the Earth rather than the first ones that came. This is why i feel those three characteristic of life are crucial for survival.
There are many characteristics in life that one may need to survive. Three characteristics that are absolutly necessary in life are to display organizations, the growth and development of the body, and reproducing. The display of organizations are important becasue it is what holds the body together. It is about how the body is setup, put together, and how it works together to do things. An example of this is the digestive system. it is used to brake down food for the body. The growth and development of the body is also very important. It is important becasue it shows that you are growing by getting taller, and bigger. It shows changes in the body. Living things go through different stages in life, by growing not only physically but mentally as well. For example a human being growns boby getting taller, and having bigger bones. They also grow mentally buy maturing, and understanding things that you never understood before. Last, but not least, the body reproduces. This is important becasue it can affect your life in many ways. One major way that it affects you life, and the body is by giving birth. You are bringing a new living thing to the world. This three characteristics are needed to survive because it makes it easier to live. If your body wasnt set up the way it is today, you wouldnt be a healthy person. If you never grew, your life would be harder to manage. Last,it is important for the body to reproduce because the cells in the body affect people in many ways. _Nelofar A. pd 4_
What i think one characteristic that is most important for survival is sense of smell because maybe something can be toxic and you breath it in your system there will be consequences to face because you never know if it can be deadly. Also another characteristic is knowlegde meaning always be aware to what ever is coming towards you, for example someone can be behind you and you may not know so what you should do is turn around and move out the way or if you are talking in experimental lab design and not paying attention be aware nothing goes wrong. Another characteristic is never use skills you are given to you and handle any situation with a appropriate manner. (jamel 9th grade)period 2
One characteristic that I feel is necessary for survival is adaption over time. Adaption over time is change made in a species to help it survive. An example of this is cavemen compared to humans today. Cavemen had different bones to than we do, which helped them adapt to the way they ate/lived. Another characteristic that I feel is necessary to survive is response to stimuli. This is how living organisms respond to their external environment. For example, flowers will tilt towards the direction of the sun to get sunlight. If the flower was unable to do this, it might die from lack of sunlight. Another characteristic that I think is necessary for survival is reproduction. It is not necessarily required for the survival of the person/animal/plant, but it is necessary for the survival of the species. If the species does not reproduce, it will end up becoming extinct. An example of this is a baby being born.
There are many characteristics to life. In my opinion some are more necessary than others. One of them is homeostasis. Homeostasis is the maintenence of internal conditions. It keeps them stable, for example heartbeat is kept maintained. Another is cells, this characteristic is important because all living things are made up of cells. Energy is another characteristic. All chemical reactions in our body require energy, these help keep us alive.
I think the three most important characterstics for an organism's survival is reproduction, homeostasis and growth and development. Reproduction is very important because without it the organism will become extinct in a very short period of time. Homeostasis is very important to the organism because if the organism can't adjust to its enviroment it could die. Growth and development is also important because without it the organism can't grow and develop certain things they need.
These are three of the most important charecteristics of life that I beleive is required to survive. The first one is Reproduction which is the most important becuase if humans did not reproduce, we would eventually die out. Another important charecteristic of life is Growth. Growth is important to characterize and also when small cells develop into larger cells, it is growth. The last charecteristic that I think is neccasary for survival would probably be Organization. If there wasnt a such thing, I think that our bodies wouldnt function correctly.
Three characteristics of life that I feel are absolutely necessary for survival, is cells, which helps your body work and gets energy. Without cells you are not a living organism. Humans has animal cells and plants has plant Cell. The second characteristic is reproduction, without reproduction there would be no any people. In the end people will eventually die. Reproduction is when the spearm cell meets the egg cell, and develop to a baby. the third one would be your heart, which fresh pump out blood to support your body. Without a heart you will die, and a heart is a filter.
1) Metabolism - It is the Chemical reaction to obtain energy. This is important because if we don't have energy in our body we won't be able to live. Our body needs energy to digest its food. If you don't have a metabolism your body won't be able to digest its food and the body needs food to survive.
2) Reproduction - It is the process by which organizations make more of their kind. This is important because if we wern't able to reproduce we woldn't exist now. Reproduction makes more of one kind so that the speicies can live for a long time.
3) Homostasis - The maintenece of a stable internal condition. It makes your insides react to the weather, temperature and any other situaltion that you're in. It is necessary because if it is 45 degrees celcius and is boiling hot outside and your insides get heated up then tou will not be in a very good condition.
i feel what art necessary for survival is metabolism ,human cells, and reproduction.Metabolism is the amount of calories to burn to maintain itself. It is important because the metabolism is what controls our growth and repair system.Human cells are what make up a human body and they hold up the DNA.Human cells are important because with out them we wouldn't exist at all.Reproduction is when living organisms create to make a new organisms.Reproduction is important because it is the continues all different kinds of species and keeps the species alive.
Three characteristics of life are having a metabolism, being able to reproduce, and grows and develops. Having a metabolism is a characteristic of life because if the food doesn't get wasted out of the body, living organism can die and the food wont be broken down. Reproducing is a characteristic of life because you need to have others of the same kind example babies, and last growing and developing is a life characteristic because living organisms go through different life stages.
Three characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival is cells, growth and reproduction. You need cells to be living, therefore cells are esssential for survival. An example of that is a tree. If you do not grow, you will not be strong enough to ever fight off different threats to you. An example is humans. In order to keep your species alive and not extinct, you have to reproduce or else the whole species would just vanish. An example of that is various animals.
One characteristic of life that i think is absolutley necessary for survival is homeostatis. Homeostatis is the ability of an organism to maintain a stable internal enviroment even when the external enviroment changes. This is necessary for survival because all living organisms have to have a stable internal enviroment to function normally.
Another characteristic i choose is reproduction.Reproduction is the process by which organisms produce new organisms of the same type. I think its necessary for survival because it is to ensure the continuty of different kinds of species and avoid plantscompeting for nutrients, sunlight, water and space.
Another characteristic is metabolism.Metabloism is the chemical reaction that occur within the cells of an organism. i thnk its necessary for survival because metabolism is affected by your body composition.Metabolism is the amount of energy your body burns to maintain itself. people who excercise have a higher metabolism than a person who doesnt excercise.
Three Characteristics that are absolutely necessary for survival is: 1.Reproduction, because since no organism can live forever, we need to reproduce so our kind lives on. 2.Cellular Organization, because cells make up all the functions in the human body like, our skin, hair, etc. 3.Metabolism, because we need energy to obtain and use or else we can't do anything because we have no energy to function from.
Displays Organization - Organization of the body means that every body part, organs, bones, etc have their own location and job. For example the bones are each in a certain part of your body so it can make your structure. It is important because if our bodies weren't organized they wouldn't work properly.
Grows & Develops - When your body grows and develops it means it is going through different stages of life. For example, a baby turning into a kid, a teen, an adult, than an elder. I don't know exactly why it's important but that's how life was given.
Reproduces - Reproduction is sperm finding its way to a female cell and going through a process called "fertilization" then a baby is formed. It is important for survival because if people didn't reproduce the population would decrease and eventually humans would be extinct.
d.seizinger class902 I think three characteristics of life necessary for survival are homeostasis, adaptions over time, and grows and develops.Homeostasis is a stable environment in order to function properly.Homeostasis is necessary for survival because it is a way of people functioning together. The next characteristic of life is Adaptions over time.Adaptions over time is evolution(change of species). It is a period when humans evolve. The last characteristic of life is grows and develops. It is the change in size over time for one particular individual. It is necessary for survial because people grow on how they were developed.
Plants-It gives in carbon dioxide and produces oxygen, produce different fruits and vegetables, and to make fire fuel or make a shelter. Water-It is part nature, rhydrates everything including humans. The animal kingdom-The animal kingdom is there to guide, show and kill creating survival, it also made the humans the dominent species.
three characteristics that are most important for survival are reproduction, dieting right, and growth and development. reproduction is one of the most important characteristics of survival because it is important to ensure the continuity of different kinds of species and avoid plants competing for nutrients, sunlight, water and space.also to keep all species alive and the continueation of them.dieting right is another important characteristic of survival because dieting is what makes up you body. your bpody is what you eat. this is why dieting is important. the third characteristic i chose was most important about survival was growth and development. growth and development are important because growth is growing and when you grow you get more mature and you use more of your common sense. these are the three characteristics i chose that were most important to survival.
Three characteristics that i feel are very important to and necessary for survival is, 1. Reproduction - in order for the human population to continue, we need males and females to continue reproducing. 2. HUnting- in a case where there wont be an easy way to cook, then hunting is a very big part to live, eating is extreamly important. 3.Being able to create a shelter, a place to stay durring harsh weather conditions.
Reproduction is important because men and women need to populate the earth. Adaptations are important because an organism must get used to the place they live to have all parts of their body working properly. Growth and Development is important because it makes you stronger and changes your physical apperence. -Joseph Wolkin - Period 3.
Three characteristics that i feel are absolutely necessary for survival is reproduction. With out reproduction the population will soon die out and the human race will be extinct in around 100 because no new life is created. Another characteristic of life i feel is absolutely necessary for survival is homeostasis. Homeostasis helps to keep your internal condition the same even if the outside condition is different. If your body can't perform this than your body temperature will change according to the temperature outside. Another characteristic of life I feel is absolutely necessary for survival is growth and development. If we can not perform this we will stay a baby for ever, and we will be unable to reproduce or think properly because the brain would not develop properly.
one thing is reproduction. with out it none of us would be here. it is what keeps life going. second Second is metabolism. it is what uses the food that we eat and breaks it down into energy. third would be cells and single cells. its what makes up the your tissue and organ system.
I believe human characteristics are essential for human life here are the 3 most important characteristics that we need to survive
we need vital organs such as the heat lungs and brain becasue they are the things that keep us alive help us aalong the way when we do the things we do in life.
We also need reproduction so that our species can survive and adapt in the next generation.
Another characteristic that we need is to have a strong metabolism so that we dont get really sick and die off easilly from diseases. I think that these 3 aboves reasons are essential for human life.
-Cells: Cells are absolutely necessary for survival because they are the basic biulding blocks of living organisms.
-Reproduction: Reproduction is necessary for survival because this is the process that populates the earth with living organisms.
-Homeostatis: Homeostatis is necassary for survival because an organism needs to be able to keep a stable internal condition to keep up with the changing enviorment around them.
One of the 3 characterizes I chose was “made of 1 or more cells”. “Made of 1 or more cells” is cells that are the building blocks of life. An example of this is cells that are in the shape of blocks: [.][.][.] .This characteristic is absolutely necessary for survival because any living organism thing needs cells in their body in order to survive. Another one of the 3 characteristics I chose is Reproduction. Reproduction is when the number of species multiplies (has babies). An example of reproduction is that hamsters are the fastest reproducing animals in the world. This is absolutely necessary for survival because in order to survive you would have had to be born. And to continue human life on earth you must reproduce. The last characteristic that I chose was Homeostasis. It’s a stale environment in order to function properly. An example for homeostasis is when people have a fever. This is absolutely necessary for survival because without a stable environment living things would not be able to survive.
one thing is reproduction. with out it human will only live once and after that generation dies there will be no more of them it is what keeps life going. second Second is metabolism. It is what uses the food that we eat and breaks it down into energy. third would be cells and single cells. its what makes up the your tissue the organ system.
Two characteristics that are necessary are metabolism, and reproduction. I think metabolism is one because humans eat food and metabolism breaks down the food and gives human energy. I think reproduction is important too because a male and female populate the world.
Three things that i feel are important for survival are reproducing because we could mutliply to make more of the organisim.Another thing we need is cells because we are made up of one or more cells. Cells are building blocks of life. We also need homeostasis because we need to maintain a stable internal environment in order to survive.
well i will have to say that we will need humans, becuase humans will help populate the world. And the other thing will be amimals, because they will help populate the world to. And we will be able to eat steak if there are animals. And the last thing will be plants because with out the plants, there will be no air to breath. And if there is no are to breath we will die.
Diego Huerta 902 I think the three most important characterstics for an organism are reproduction, homeostasis and growth and development. Reproduction is important for the organism because without it the organism will become extinct in a very short perod of time. Homeostasis is also important because if the organism can't adjust to its enviroment it can die. Growth and development is also important because they need to grow and develop certain things that they need.
three characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival sre water, knolige of buildinq shelter, knowing what is safe to eat. these three charactistics are qood to know alot about and will help you alot doring life taylor georgio
Three Characteristics that are necesary for life are: 1) A system to dispose of waste from a living thing. 2) Reproduction to increase the population of the species is essential because without it a species would die out. 3) A Metabolic system to create energy for the organism.
3 characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival are one or more cells, growth and development and metabolism.
Cells make up life to living things. Cells are the building blocks of life, they help our body working properly.
Growth and development, everyone on earth needs to grow and development, without it we wouldn't grow, we wouldn't hit puberty, Every human would be the same height, weight.
Metabolism - As humans we can eat the food and produce energy, so it can help the body. It is a set as a chemical reaction to maintain life.
Homeostasis All organisms have internal conditions which must be maintained stable in order to remain alive. These include temperature, water (DEHYDRATION), heartrate, and other things. In a way, this has to do with energy use, because a certain level of energy must be kept within the body at all times. For this, humans must then take in food on a regular basis. Not all conditions are for the body to maintain itself; though most are.
Growth All organisms grow and change. Cells divide to form new, identical cells, reproduction. When cells mutate into other types of cells, making a more complex organism. Single-celled organisms do grow as well, but they will only become slightly larger.
Reproduction All organisms reproduce in order to continue the species' life. Cells split into two organisms in order to create another of the same species. In sexual reproduction, the new organism will have some characteristics from the mother, and some from father. It may look like either of them, or it may not. In reproduction of a cell, the new organism is an exact copy of the first. Sometimes, not every member of a species is able to reproduce. As long as others are exact then it does not threaten the species. Reproduction in my opinion are mandatory, without it the cell cannot continue. ~Gabriela L. Pd. 2~
The charchteristics of life that i feel are most important for survial are reproduction, cells and metabolism. I think that reproduction is most important because without it there would be nothing on the earth cells wouldn't reproduce to make humans and humans wouldn't reproduce to populate the earth. I think cells is another thing that is important for survival because without it nothing would be able to live. I think that metabolism is important because humans produce energy from food and metabolism is the only way we can maintain it.
Three characteristics of Life 1. Cells-every single organism is made up of one or more cells, which are the building blocks of life. 2.Growth-all organisms change and grow bigger and bigger and they become older. 3.Reproduction-reproduction is the action in which an organism gives birth to another to continue that species' life.
Alyssa Rivera. Period 4. 1) Reproduction - To create new life. 2) Homeostasis - to maintain an equilibrium in the body. 3) Metabolism - carries out all the chemical reactions in an organism.

Three characteristics that are needed the most for survival would have to be to learn how to hunt, how to build a shelter and how to look for water. You would need to know how to hunt because if you dont know how to hunt or look for food, then you'll wind up startving.

Adaptions are also very necessary for survival. If our internal body couldn't adapt to the external climate, we would die. Especially If you were living in New York, where one day it could be really cold and the next really hot. Most of us get sick in those times, because it's our body adapting to the new climate, and we would probably die.
Colleen Fox

Period 2.
Alexandra K. Period 3
Having a very good metabolism will allow you to get the amount of energy that you need.

period 2
~Nisaa Haniff
period 4
Three charicteristics of life that you need for survival are:
1. adapting over time- adapting over time is when you become used to the enviroment.
Natalie silva
Period 2
- kathleen gobin class: 903
One characteristic is, made of one or more cells this means living things are single or multicellalur, an example of that is more than one cells put together. Another characteristic is growth and the development because as time passes an organism will grow in size. An example of that is a human. The next characteristic is the reproduction this multiplies to make more of the organisms, an example are cells.
-Chelsea M./period 2

Elana C.
Period 4
There are many characteristics to life. In my opinion some are more necessary than others. One of them is homeostasis. Homeostasis is the maintenence of internal conditions. It keeps them stable, for example heartbeat is kept maintained. Another is cells, this characteristic is important because all living things are made up of cells. Energy is another characteristic. All chemical reactions in our body require energy, these help keep us alive.
-Aliyah Caliguiri. P.4
Gabrielle Cestone
Period 4

It is important because the metabolism is what controls our growth and repair system.Human cells are what make up a human body and they hold up the DNA.Human cells are important because with out them we wouldn't exist at all.Reproduction is when living organisms create to make a new organisms.Reproduction is important because it is the continues all different kinds of species and keeps the species alive.

period 4

Grows and Develops-Bones grow and people get taller. Puberty.
Reproduce-Sperm goes into the vagina. Husband of wife want to have a baby.
Metabolism- Living things carry out chemical reactions to obtain energy. Eating and digestion/
Michelle G
Period 4
Three Characteristics that are absolutely necessary for survival is:
1.Reproduction, because since no organism can live forever, we need to reproduce so our kind lives on.

1: 1 or more cells, they make up organisms.
2: is reproduction because without reproduction you cant make more organisims of the same kind.
3: metabloism, because humans need energy and food to survive.
sebatian michalak
three characteristics that are most important for survival are reproduction, dieting right, and growth and development. reproduction is one of the most important characteristics of survival because it is important to ensure the continuity of different kinds of species and avoid plants competing for nutrients, sunlight, water and space.also to keep all species alive and the continueation of them.dieting right is another important characteristic of survival because dieting is what makes up you body. your bpody is what you eat. this is why dieting is important. the third characteristic i chose was most important about survival was growth and development. growth and development are important because growth is growing and when you grow you get more mature and you use more of your common sense. these are the three characteristics i chose that were most important to survival.
Three characteristics that i feel are very important to and necessary for survival is,
Allen Sharma period 4
one thing is reproduction. with out it none of us would be here. it is what keeps life going. second
Second is metabolism. it is what uses the food that we eat and breaks it down into energy.
third would be cells and single cells. its what makes up the your tissue and organ system.
period 4
I believe human characteristics are essential for human life here are the 3 most important characteristics that we need to survive
we need vital organs such as the heat lungs and brain becasue they are the things that keep us alive help us aalong the way when we do the things we do in life.
We also need reproduction so that our species can survive and adapt in the next generation.
Another characteristic that we need is to have a strong metabolism so that we dont get really sick and die off easilly from diseases.
I think that these 3 aboves reasons are essential for human life.
Dimitri KOurtis
-Cells: Cells are absolutely necessary for survival because
they are the basic biulding blocks of living organisms.
This is absolutely necessary for survival because without a stable environment living things would not be able to survive.
one thing is reproduction. with out it human will only live once and after that generation dies there will be no more of them it is what keeps life going. second
Second is metabolism. It is what uses the food that we eat and breaks it down into energy.
third would be cells and single cells. its what makes up the your tissue the organ system.

I think the three most important characterstics for an organism are reproduction, homeostasis and growth and development. Reproduction is important for the organism because without it the organism will become extinct in a very short perod of time. Homeostasis is also important because if the organism can't adjust to its enviroment it can die. Growth and development is also important because they need to grow and develop certain things that they need.
three characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival sre water, knolige of buildinq shelter, knowing what is safe to eat. these three charactistics are qood to know alot about and will help you alot doring life

Three Characteristics that are necesary for life are:
1) A system to dispose of waste from a living thing.
2) Reproduction to increase the population of the species is essential because without it a species would die out.
3) A Metabolic system to create energy for the organism.
Marisa Tillman
3 characteristics of life that are absolutely necessary for survival are
one or more cells, growth and development and metabolism.
Homeostasis
All organisms have internal conditions which must be maintained stable in order to remain alive. These include temperature, water (DEHYDRATION), heartrate, and other things. In a way, this has to do with energy use, because a certain level of energy must be kept within the body at all times. For this, humans must then take in food on a regular basis. Not all conditions are for the body to maintain itself; though most are.
Growth
All organisms grow and change. Cells divide to form new, identical cells, reproduction. When cells mutate into other types of cells, making a more complex organism. Single-celled organisms do grow as well, but they will only become slightly larger.
Reproduction
All organisms reproduce in order to continue the species' life.
Three characteristics of Life
1. Cells-every single organism is made up of one or more cells, which are the building blocks of life.
2.Growth-all organisms change and grow bigger and bigger and they become older.
3.Reproduction-reproduction is the action in which an organism gives birth to another to continue that species' life.
